Church Facility Fundraising Proposal

Over the past five years, God has been growing our church in exciting ways, and we have officially outgrown our home meeting space. People from multiple villages, not only Nong Thaen, are now attending the church. We've been running out of chairs during worship service, and our children’s room is overflowing with kids. Praise God!

In January, we shared that we are prayerfully pursuing a long-term vision to purchase strategic land on a main road by Nong Thaen, directly across from the district’s largest hospital and high school, and build a church. There has NEVER been a church on this road before, and we want to change that. This is a God-sized goal with a high price tag. However, our need for additional ministry space is immediate.

As a first phase toward this vision, we now have the opportunity to rent a commercial building directly beside the vacant land for the next three years. The location couldn't be better and the building offers the church plenty of space to grow.

This facility is well suited for ministry and includes:

A welcome center for fellowship, resources, and meals
A main worship room that can comfortably seat 80–100 people
A dedicated office room for church administration and counseling
A children’s ministry room
An outdoor area for events
A parking area directly in front of the building

This location is uniquely strategic because:

It places the church publicly in the center of the community
There has never been a church on this main street before
It removes barriers for visitors who may feel shy entering a home church setting
It positions the church directly near the largest high school and district hospital, among other popular community places

We believe God is opening the door to make the name of Jesus known throughout Sanpatong in a greater way than ever before.

Our goal is to fully move into the new building by the end of July 2026. We'd like to celebrate Homecoming Sunday at the new space on Sunday, August 2, 2026, our church anniversary.

Your partnership through giving will help provide a spacious and welcoming place for worship, discipleship, outreach, and children’s ministry in Sanpatong. Phase 1: Rental Building

We will rent a commercial building beside the vacant land for three years. This will give us time to adjust to a new public location, ramp up ministry and presence in the community, and gauge what we would need in a permanent, long-term space.

Phase 2: Purchase Land and Build

Lord willing, during the three years we are renting the commercial building, we will raise the complete funds to purchase the vacant land and build a permanent home for Nong Thaen First Baptist Church Sanpatong.
